If you can smell gas, call the gas emergency line on 0800 111 999 immediately.

If you're experiencing a loss of electricity or gas supply, or have a safety concern about one of your supplies, contact our metering partner Smart Metering Systems on 01204 803 296.

Prepayment customers

You can top up your prepayment meter at any Paypoint location.
